Just thought I'd share
a fun PI build that I've been messing with for PvE lately. No doubt it's not original, but I love interrupting and conditions, and it has a smattering of single target damage to boost, so I'm happy! Might also work in competitive missions?
Epidemic Instability (Me/E):
FC 10+1+1
Earth 10
Illusion 10+1
Arcane Conundrum
Grasping Earth
Accumulated Pain
[E] Psychic Instability
Ash Blast
Ebon Hawk
Epidemic
Resurrection Signet
AC for e-management and making interrupts easier, GE as an aoe snare that doubles up to prime AcPain. PI key skills and to prime Ash Blast, EH for some extra anti-melee goodness and reduce dps/hps a little, then Epidemic to spread the love. And all three conditions work on all foes making it a versatile, non-area-specific build.
I did consider swapping Ebon Hawk for Kinetic Armour, but the nastiest damage ignores armour anyway so I'm not yet convinced.
So there we go. Just thought I'd share my new toy

Not a standard Mes bar, but it does look like fun to play!

Shouldn't be necessary to land an interrupt if you are anywhere near the average reaction time.

I often joke about running this kind of bad synergy. It was particularly PI+crushing blow, but same thing.
However, you can get GWAMM without using any skills with your standard hero meta bars so it doesn't matter at all. hf

Even if you have the average reaction time, it gives you more time and allows you to perhaps interrupt more skills.

To be fair, you can only babysit one caster at a time, so the reduced casting speed on the other targets is still worth it. Not sure why blindness (that becomes aoe via epidemic) is bad? I mean, you'll often be focusing interrupts on casters (which I guess is your point, as blind doesn't affect them) but it's far from difficult to interrupt sins or rangers, or even paragons - it's only really warriors that can be tricky (in my experience).
But, as I said I don't expect it to be the next new 1337 cookie cutter build, but it's fun, it's different, and PI, even if it were the only skill I took, still justifies bringing a Mes and makes HM easymode /shrugs
